During my stay in Port Harcourt Nigeria I became fascinated by the colourful insect and plant world there. Almost on a daily basis I walked through my garden at 36 Oloibiri road Shell RA and took pictures of everything moving!

The results of that effort are shown here and I hope you like it as much as I do. I have done my utmost to identify the insects and plants, but not being a biologist makes it often extremely difficult to determine the species. Therefore if you are able to help to either correct me or provide me with proper names please do so by contacting me. Your help is highly appreciated!
